I hereby apply for membership in Advocates Association for Social Responsibility And Awareness (AASRAA) and declare that:

1. I will work for the welfare of consumers and protection of consumer rights.
2. I will follow all rules, regulations, and guidelines of the organization.
3. I understand that the membership is valid only for one year from the date of approval.
4. I understand that membership is subject to approval by the National Membership Committee of the organization.
5. I shall not misuse the name, designation, or authority of the organization.
6. The organization has full authority to approve, reject, suspend, or cancel membership if rules are violated.
